Of course, new piece or cherished heirloom, we’re happy to help and can give you a repair-cost estimate on your jewelry and watches.

Yes. We’ll provide a repair-cost estimate up front, so you always know what to expect before we begin.

Can you bring a family heirloom back to life?

That’s one of our favorite things to do. We treat every heirloom with the care it deserves and restore it beautifully.

What about warranty and cleaning?

Every piece purchased from M. Pope & Co. is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in material or workmanship, plus unlimited cleaning and inspection for the life of the piece. We also offer complimentary cleaning, and we recommend having engagement rings and wedding bands checked every six months.
