I’m not exaggerating when I say that working with Michael and Melissa was the easiest and most enjoyable part of the entire engagement/wedding process.

When we first went in to look at engagement rings, my wife and I were quite nervous but Michael’s calming presence immediately put us at ease. One of my favorite things about our experience with Michael was that he wasn’t just knowledgeable, he made an effort to educate us so we could make an informed decision. I also appreciate that he didn’t try to up sell me when I was buying the ring – he tried to help me keep the cost down.

Almost two years later and only a few weeks before the wedding, the wife and I decided we should probably get some wedding bands. We were already out and decided to stop at the nearest jeweler to just get some simple bands. Almost immediately I knew we were making a mistake. I looked at my wife and said, “Let’s go to M. Pope.”

The following day we went back to see Michael and Melissa. They were having a day. Their power had been out for most of the day, their systems were down, and Melissa was on a break between her Masters classes. Even with all of that going on, they still treated us with with the same unparalleled professionalism they had shown us two years prior.
